The staff is working full force working on solutions for the community from the past week's events. We are hopeing to come back soon.

We encourage all users to reset their passwords to a more secure password with symbols and numbers. all passwords will be getting reset if you haven't already done so.

Some things on the forums may be out of date. don't worry normality may resume shortly.

Indeed. This kind of shutdown, lasting about 2 days, is definitely needing an explanation. There is no reason not to. Please, inform the public why they can't go on the server. I see there are 3-6 people on it and its whitelisted. I suppose you are trying to repair something? please tell us what got damaged.

Yeah do I need to put my username somewhere for the whitelist or is just staff only? Glad to be back.

From what I can remember, the server got filled with NPCs (mostly dragons) who started destroying everything, after someone probably hacked the server.

Someone kept teleporting everyone on the server to a specific place every 30 mins or so.

Staff - please feel free to delete this if you find it inappropriate. Just telling what I remember.

Right now until the staff say so the server is being worked on. none of us can join it until they fix it.

It's a no brainer we won't get on until it's restored...

but have the backup copies of worlds been altered or destroyed? or can we expect the server maybe being put pack a month or so...

I assume it wont be up for another day or two at most.

All worlds are backed up. The Admins are in the process of rolling back a lot of griefing damage. Stay tuned for further information.

Before the close down of the server I saw huge chunks of the Spawn destroyed. looked like a Nuke attack!!

I cannot imagine the amount of work the team has to do to roll back the carnage.

hackers are just such losers.
