I want the whole lake, if possible.

Plans:
City, built upon a bed of leaves. Aesthetic redwood "supports" shall be the "foundation" for these leaves. Above, for the infrastructure, i will begin making lots, as well as a massive town hall, which will primarily be a large treefort. There might also be some sort of small arena, maybe for spleef. There will be city mines below, under the water, for residents to use. I would like to privatize it until the infrastructure is done, so the city may be planned, and will not quickly grow into a tangled mass of random streets.
