[1.10 Bug] Magma Block

Currently standing atop this block causes damage to the player. Magma Block's damage aspect towards players should be disabled in Build/Historic like the cactus, leaving it only harmful to the passive mobs.
 
There doesn't seem to be an option to disable this currently.
Changes have been made to the peaceful rules to reflect this.
