1. "More Wood" Release
All wood fences, all wood fence gates, all wood doors!

2. Red Sandstone Release
Red sandstone, chiseled [with Wither], smoothed, and made into stairs and slabs.

3. Armor Rack Release
Armor racks; all armor can be right clicked onto them.

4. Rabbit Release
Rabbit meat, rabbit's foot, rabbit stew, rabbit hide, and the mob.

5. Prismarine/Underwater Fort Release
Prismarine, Prismarine Bricks, Dark Prismarine, the Guardian mob, Prismarine Crystals, Prismarine Shards, and underwater temples.

6. Banner Release
Colored banners.

7. Leaping Potion Release
Jump Boost potions.

8. Sponge Updating
Sponge texture update, wet sponges. Wet sponges smelt back to normal sponges.

9. Slime Block Release
The slime block sticks to the surrounding four blocks, so it can be used to drag items with pistons. It is also bouncy.

12. Guardian Growth

Guardians (the fish laser shooty thing) can now grow to orange color! Source: 123sharp's 1.8 Research Program. These massive fish can be found in the Labrynth interior of the sea castle. Sponge growth and multi-level mazes are now included in these temples.

I'd also point out that banners won't be limited to single colors, but will have the ability to have complex patterns and designs added to them. I'm looking forward to this feature.
