2015 Player Survey

Welcome to the 2015 Community survey.
On this survey I want to hear your ideas about the Minecraft Addicts Server and Community.
The survey has a set of questions about the community and the server,
and your answers to these questions will be used to guide staff on server direction in the coming year.

Three prizes will be awarded to those who complete the surveys as follows:

1: stack of diamondblock
2: stack of goldblock
3: stack of ironblock

Forgot to say that I would like to post all the responses here in this thread once the survey is closed.
I'm thinking mid march would be a good time to close the survey, say march 15th
