Not sure if it's available on a user by user basis but it would be useful
 
I already asked why that option is not available
and they said that is because they want the vent to be controlled
and if you can private chat things can go happen behind their backs
 
the main reason is cause we would have to make it availble to every one even geust and thats def not going to happen and to op every one is time consuming and takes for ever since we would have to go 1 by 1.
