If you often check the Minecraft Forums, you may have seen this from a recent post:

He was especially thrilled at how players became dependent on one another for the information, and it developed a culture of its own - a culture of crafting. Of course, despite all the unearthed crafting secrets, apparently one still remains; regarding a secret recipe, he said "there is one [recipe] people haven't found yet."

So what could the recipe be? I certainly want to find out, and I'm sure the rest of Minecraft players are also eager to do so.
 
I kinda doubt it... Or he added it 1.2.3. Why wouldn't somone have found it by decompiling it.
 
Hmm weird, surely the crafted item would also have an item ID which would spawn an item when used with /give?
 
It's not a crafting recipe.

There is a 1 in 10000 chance of finding the e and c in the minecraft logo switched to form minceraft. Nothing too big, which was why it wasn't noticed.
