animal spawns not working correctly

How did you manage to get a hold of one? In my understanding the only way to get one would be to hack your inventory.

Can you be more specific than "they dont seem to be spawning as they should"? They seemed to be spawning fine when I was on last night.

for example bedrock and me were at his underground farm and no animals would spawn where it is usualy packed. it seems mobs are spawning in groups of 1 rather than in flocks

i've noticed some strange things as well. I was underground (at least 20 or so blocks below sea level) with no grass around and I was hearing cows and sheep, although i never actually saw them.

I have been seeing them change very often. Like, for example, I will look in the distance and see a pig. Walk closer to it and change from Cow to Sheep.

I don't know if this is the same issue, but I saw a sheep fall out of the sky and turn into a pig. It was pretty funny.

with mobs spawning on a server it will always vary

first off mobs will only spawn 24 blocks or more away from you

second night yields more spawns than day

third there can only be so many mobs on the server at once. so if there are more people or more mobs around one person, there will be less mobs for you
