Anoying chat....

So sometimes i get fed up with all the talking and chat flood on my screen when I am building. Could it be possible to like add channels to join, like Global and Local so we don't see as much chat that floods the whole screen and we cant see where we are walking! Or some plugin where we can ignore chat and hides it? Just saying.

I totally understand why some need chat, but I'm quiet and... I don't need it!!

We're back to the drawing board with this. The plugin we were testing was overkill for our needs and would have created more problems than it solved. We are actively looking for something a little more suitable for our server.
