Becoming a member

so i am uninformed if this is possible or not, or how its possible if so. so i figured i'd post asking how do i become a member? also i'm sure others had this question.

also i'll be on vent if we need to private/open talk about it

from what i have learned now: to become a member you must be a very active user and helpful both on forums and on the game. the users helpfulness is what is mostly looked at.
