Being able to do /tpahere for any rank

Hiya everyone who loves MCA and for those who don't! Talking to mostly staff members, I would like to request that everyone on the server can do the /tpahere command. Doing /tpa is just getting to someone, but if you can do /tpahere, you can get people over to where you are!

The reason that we have split this command in my opinion (however it may differ from the staff who decided said things) is that the tpahere command could be used to trick people into pve. As for myself for example don't always notice if its a tpa or a tpahere hence could have caused me to be in dangerous situations without realising. There is currently a discussion happening with regards to donation ranks so this may feed into it. For the moment it would be better to ask people to teleport to you rather than trying to use that command!
 
In addition to what Dph said, I feel like the /tpahere command is a very enticing way to get people to donate as well. It's a very useful command, and I definitely think it was worth donating for :)
