wolves what do they do? other then kill other mobs...

if they carry more for you that would be cool, if they pick up blocks for you that would be cool if they drop it off in a chest that would be cool. if all they do is stick around and kill mobs I dont see the point unless Im playing Singleplayer

and it all depends on the plugins when they get updated and stable. as always.

according to jeb's video on youtube, they just kill mobs and eat pork chops and bones. pretty useless in my opinion, but still kinda cool

Wolves are basically pets but I can imagine them not being enabled simply because of lag

Wolves r pets, the defeat anything u hit once.. there just fun to have.. Imma have a HUGE wolf pack on the server.. Lol at spawn they will just be sitting beside me greeting other players that enter :3

This just seems like a pointless update that could possibly lag the server although i doubt it.
Why don't they fix some old bugs instead of potentially bringing more into the game.

Good point. You'll probably lose your pet wolves once you warp.

You should always kill the sheep after you collect the wool, it allows another mob to spawn.

One of the reasons AFK chicken farming or pig spawning brings down the ban hammer is that it reduces the available mobs elsewhere.

wolves don't despawn so it would attempt to walk to you

They would not be able to do so as there would be no pathing available.

Seems a little odd, I think they will definitely despawn on MP, just like large redstone circuits go out of range but they will work on SP
