Cap Price for Clay Stacks?

No, I have a few dozen clay stacks and I want to SALE them and I want to know how many Caps I would get per stack and if they are even worth saleing.

I have required crafting them up to brick blocks, and the denomination is a stack of 64. Feel free to sell these to other players. They can use /money pay odom195 to transfer caps to you.

Is brick the only crafted item (apart from smooth stone) that appears in the shop? Is there a reason raw clay isn't available?

We chose brick because of the lack of use for clay in anything else. Since brick does not degrade on break or decraft, I decided to deal in the refined version of the resource. If that changes, I'll consider changing the basis.

I see so we can't sell Clay I will have to turn them into Bricks THEN sale the Bricks. Gotcha thanks for the heads up edge

Just so I'm clear, you need to craft into a full stack of 64 Brick BLOCKS (each clay breaks into 4 clay balls, 4 clay balls have to be baked in 4 bricks, 4 bricks have to be crafted into one Brick Block: 1 clay block + furnace fuel = 1 brick block... repeat 63 times).

Though it may be irrelevant now with the inclusion of wool dyes, what about the need for clay blocks for their colour?

Gray sheep exist frequently, and clay itself is not used as a pigmentation.

We will need an implementation plan for things like Bone Meal since it's used to lighten many shades. Everything depends on how the economy system changes over the next few weeks. I would like to protect the users ability to set up shops, especially if that means someone could be a dye specialist.

I was referring to pre-dye/pigmentation needs for the colour of clay in builds. Now that dye has been released, the colour of clay has become rather irrelevant.
