child permission instruction

HI,

ok, I got it figured out. nvmd. (I'm blond what can I say?) lol

I registered Logan and got the permission form, and filled it in and emailed it. then I got an email saying he was registered and that the form needed to be mailed or faxed. but at the top of the form itself it says to email it (see snippit below). do I need to do it all over again and go find a fax machine?

if not, am I waiting for an email now saying the form was accepted?
