As new MC updates bring in new features I'm wondering if it is possible to regenerate chunks in build world (specifically 1 designated plot) so that the terrain would not be altered but might add some of the new features... (ex, beaches or jungles or new trees).

I don't know how this stuff works, thought i'd just ask out of curiosity.

Secondly, would you guys be able to enable the animal breeding. Maybe 2-4 of each type of animal limited per player, and then diasable the random mob spawning in build world. I think it'd be more beneficial and you'd avoid being annoyed by random animals wandering into your build. Just a thought.

Thanks in advance!

I believe each region should have this gigantic barn that the region members can use.

according to Jeb, the older worlds will not generate the new biomes, even if chunks are regenerated.

It will if it uses the new generator code (1.1.Pre-Rel) from a new client... But regenerating certain chunks wou;d be difficult.

Probably only the PVE and the Factions world would get reset for 1.1.0 and 1.2.0 if there is an another update soon.

Whelp, sounds like a huge pain! So that answers my question :p
