D-Day is coming to Minecraft Addicts Server, on October 3rd 2015.

This event is part of our 5th Anniversary Celebrations, Congratulations to all the people who have worked and played to get us this far. My research has shown that Minecraft Addicts is the second oldest minecraft server on the internet.
Which I think is really cool.

Please ask any questions you may have about D-Day below, staff will do our best to explain.

What's D-Day? Three or so have happened since I've joined and I hear people reference it vaguely, but I've never been around for one and don't have a clear idea of what it is.

With dday, you basically get to spawn yourself destructive items, and blow up whatever you like.

It will all be backed up, basically we throw tnt everywhere (build, creative, even spawn once..) blow eeeevverrryyyythiiinnnggg up and reboot after it's all done and everything goes back to how it was the moment before d-day started.
