what about stuff I have reclaimed and an extension to my reclaim. its all connected though
 
dont worry about that you updated your claim micheal all old claims are deleted the existing one in cove is your full and final claim for this time being.

This thread should be made sticky so that it doesn't get lost and people will see it better.
 
There is going to be a lot of rage when the people from 1.5 return to the server finding out they do not own their land claim....

I would extend this time limit til 1.5 and make the message of the day (MOTD) on the server warning about this.
 
They have plenty of time to reclaim the land.
In total they have a month to notice that their claim is in reclaims and to get it back.
 
"following" - "We will be using the following rules if your land lies fallow."


(I know, typo, just teasing.)
 
It has not been a full month this friday. I am just warning you admins that there will most likely be some rage with the people who upgraded to 1.5.
 
We know what we are doing,

Rage from people that arent around dosent make any sence.

Since there not around.

If they come back Why should they feel entitled?

They havent even bothered to take a look at our forums to read up on whats going on.

Some users that dont have 1.3 are posting.

Dose are the users that are active even thought there not on the server.

As for the time frame if you read the post.

You will see that we have given 2 weeks as a warning and the land goes into reclaims.

We then have another 2 weeks to process these claims starting with claims that date way back like 3 months back.

Also if you tried to read the reclaims thread you will notice that really we protect peoples work. if there is nothing on the landclaim why would that user rage? they dint even bother to work on it.

If there is something important and creative then we will protect it.

I think you should take a step back and see all the effort we are doing in making this work out. in total they will have 1 month of time frame and even after it was put into reclaims, if it goes in historical it will still be there landclaim.

I was going to make a sticky and a home page thread once friday hits. but if they havent read the "IMPORTANT REGIONS" post already they will not read that one ider.
 
if they haven't come back to 1.3 by now then most likely they won't be coming back anytime soon so i wouldn't really bother to care for them

In case you dont know, MrJangles and staticfactory work very hard to keep this server running. You dont just request an update and it automatically there. We cant update unless the plugins/bukkit versions are updated. This completly depends on the developer. Theres really no reason to update just for the sake of updating. If we update as soon as a minecraft update comes out, then we wouldnt have essential mods to keep the server safe from griefing. If you want to play, downgrade. If you wont downgrade, dont complain about not playing.

Dude, just a quick question, what do you mean by "Random map stuffs"? I'm not entirely sure anyone was mentioning anything like that in this thread so may there's been some sorta misunderstanding or you've posted in the wrong area by mistake?

two- matthewrohaly told me about this random stuff appearing whenever they try and update.
definition of randomstuff "ask jangles or staticfactory"

THREE- it is a just a suggestion not literally meant to be used
 
actuly it is in the wrong area. at no point is this thread about updating to 1.5 if you noticed I've stated that the landclaims deadlines will be tomorow so I'm not sure why every one is talking about updating to 1.5

also about these supposed reasons that you guys think we arent at 1.5 yet I'm sorry to say that your way out of the loop.

Now this subject will move on to the original topic or I will close it.
 
Inactive land claims will be moved into reclaims today.
They will be 'safe' for roughly 1 month altogether, after the 2 week processing time.
