Friends I have one question has the server been finally updated yet and second question has the server link changed yet cause i just tried to log on at 1:33 am Ontario Canada and i got End of Stream then Internal exception java.net.SocketException: Connection reset someone wanna fill me in here ?

we're still on 1.3 but hopefully will be going to 1.5 in a few days

I was just wondering if you'd wanted to come by to look at the land yo remember clearing for the desert city and what it looks like now

Keep checking forums as 1.5 may happen anyday
and read the forums about how to transfer your land claim
we have new rules, check land claims thread and repost your land claim in your region
or it will be lost

Yep, definetely check out the new land claim rules as you have until this Friday to make sure your land claim doesn't go into reclaims.
As kking said 1.5 is nearing completion and could happen any day really.
