When I saw the copyright in the bottom right I was so sure that this was going to be some photoshopped art piece or something but apparently not!

It's actually the Slauerhoff Bridge near Leeuwarden in the Netherlands, interestingly enough, it's apparently designed that way as it allows taller boats through without as much disruption to traffic as you'd get with a more traditional bridge.

Here's a Google Maps link to the real deal if you wanna check it out in Streetview, looks super ordinary when it's down though apart from that jutting out arm mechanism
