P.S. I posted this here since I went through the effort of making a huge image for a thread on forgehub, a forum for sharing halo custom maps and I figured there's a few halo playing people here that might enjoy this.
 
wouldn't this belong in that same spam forum you were dogging jesse over?!? this doesn't even have anything to do with minecraft.

1. I wasn't dogging Jesse about anything, nor was I trying to hurt him or anything in that manner.

2. I merely asked him if he could post his "funny screenshot" threads in the spam forum in the future, or if he didn't want to do that, simply post the screenshots in a single thread. The reason I asked this is because he had posted multiple threads that were almost identical, which many people DO consider spam.

3. This thread is not spam, because:
- I haven't posted it before
- It's not a low quality post (not saying low quality is automatically spam, though)
- There's no other thread to post this in

4. This thread is supposed to be in Misc, as the Misc forum is sort of the Off-topic forum of MCA. Posting it anywhere else would be considered spam. Have you looked around the Misc forums lately? It's literally filled with posts about anything but minecraft. Sure, there's a few threads that belong in the Community Talk forums in here (including Jesse's threads if he wasn't making a new thread for each and every screenshot he takes), but that's okay, since most of them aren't spamming the forum with threads.

So, you're just gonna say posting a thread about Halo is spam?
That makes zero sense, as none of these threads serve the same purpose, posting this in one of the previous halo threads would be both off-topic and gravedigging. As off-topic posts and gravedigging posts are usually considered spam on almost every forum, the only logical choice for me was to post this in a new thread.

P.S. You posting about this thread being "spam" or something in that manner is not on-topic, and therefore you are spamming this thread.
 
Settle down lads, let's not let this spiral into a 6 month long "you said therefore you are x" forum argument (yes.. yes... before you post it I know you weren't strictly arguing etc etc).

As for the map it looks pretty cool, I've never owned halo so I've got no clue about the symbols/gameplay but it's interesting to see you can create your own levels.

The symbols on that map/overview are just showing where the weapons spawn, and overshield means twice as strong shielding/armor.
And as for creating your own levels, that's not as true as I wish it was. It's not anything like the Far Cry map editors. We can't change terrain, we can only use different sized blocks, walls, windows, rocks and other miscellaneous structural pieces mostly based upon structures from previous halo games to create our own terrain.
 
Its a public forum, if u guys can bash a kid for posting a pic then i can write whatever i want. my responses are not spam they are merely observations . your original complaint was that jesse was posting to many threads that all had random pictures(same as u posting multiple halo threads) and that they all needed to be more organized.. all i am suggesting is that u could easily do that same thing with all your halo related topics. yes this may be a little bit different then the last halo thing u posted(so are jesse's pictures when u think about it) but to someone who doest care about halo same as u dont care about jesse's pictures, this could be considered spam. anyways dont get all worked up man it was just a suggestion same as u made to jesse. again me posting here is the same as you posting on jesses thread so i guess that was all spam you wrote on his thread too using your logic.

I'm not bashing him, and your logic is stupid and I'm tired of explaining why that is so cause all you will do is spam even more in both threads.
 
my logic?? i used your logic for all these observations. lol.. u complained he posted to many related threads, then i showed you posted different but still related threads( same as him). Then you complained that by me posting this about this being spam as being spam itself when you yourself posted the same kind of off topic post on jesses thread. Yes i do believe you were trying to give him a hard time cause if not you wouldn't have wrote anything. please don't try to explaining it anymore cause you are failing horribly at it, mainly cause there's nothing to explain. Good day :)
 
This is why we can't have nice things, settle your beef in PvP, over an IM or a game of competitive tic-tac-toe please. Posting back and forth like this only escalates the issue.
