My resturant keeps locking its chests, signs, and even my dirt
 
Is this the restaurant in my city Darsha? If it is, I've been noticing something similar happening to various chests left public and such... I feel like someone is going around randomly locking chests.
 
It is. but when we checked who locked it, it said devpeck1. I think that was the guy who owned the restuarant before him. and that guy hasnt been on in a month.
 
Yeah. That's the guy who left his sandstone house unfinished next to the Balmora Guest House I built. I wanted to tear down his house to make room for new businesses for Darsha, but I didn't know if he was coming back. By this time, I'd like to get rid of it, though.
 
you need to remember sometimes random boxes and chests from where they were originally. if they get busted and you try and place a box in the same place sometimes lwc will re register it to the older user. its a weird bug.
 
It said Chest sucessfully private chest regesitered and then it got locked.... by the ghost of deppick
