Hotel Area

As you know, we've been working on a hotel at this coast and many have been nice to ask if they could build nearby. That's exactly what I wanted to encourage! More building on the spawn mainland and less going off into a whole new piece of land.

If you want to build along the shores or in the area behind the hotel then please ask me first and tell me what you have in mind. The idea is to make this area look like a town as opposed to a fantasy world that most areas tend to become.

This isn't exactly a land claim since I actually want to share (not limited to my own creations), but you still need a green light from me. This topic will serve that purpose.

Now... on another note, someone made a spiral if dirt in the lake in front of the hotel which I'm not fond of. This will be cleared out sooner or later just to let whoever know. No construction or mining is to happen these waters. Thanks.
