How Do You Get Around? To Find Land?

okay,
So I Want To Claim Land So I can mine And Build My Place,
But...I want to know how can i get around, I mean, If I want to check out The Oceania Or Patches Area How Do I Get there? The Only thing I Know Is /Warp South,West,north, etc.... But How Can I go To The Exact Location?

The best way to navigate in game is to go to closest Region Center in build and walk towards it. When it is claimed, you can use the
