I Can't Manage Mah Claims!

None of the land claim commands are workin' for me! Heeelp! Earlier today I attempted to add DCL_, triple checked everything to no avail.
 
What commands were you using and what world were you in at the time?
Remember that the command is:
/region addmember claimcoords username

Where claimcoords are s1e19 OR s34w4 and you need to be in the Build world when you do that.
