I will explain this as best I can but anyway I was thinks about how you can talk to people while there online and if there offline and you have something important to tell them you have no way of doing so, then I thought of a wall or building where you could post on using signs using a format like: to players name-message here-from players name.
I don't know if there is something like this already on this server, if there is please inform me. Im just trying to do my part and contribute to the server and just so you I am relatively new so like I said I don't know if there is something like that already. You can communicate with players that are offline via the forum PMs or in game using '/mail send <playername> <message>'
