I dont know if this is in the right section so a mod can move this thread if it is in the wrong section.
I am moving out of MushTown and selling my house there. Its pretty small, but has a lot of land out back (JooZt charged me 50 caps for it
).

Here is a pic of the land that it is:
It has:
A 4x4 mineshaft down to bedrock and a branch mine
A big reed greenhouse (capacity is ~5 stacks of reeds if you harvest the top two parts and leave the bottom one)
A dock
A boat dispenser that sort of works sort of doesnt (push a button and a boat might shoot out of the water (only holds one boat tho)
A medium sized tree farm (about 3-5 stacks of wood) with water for fast growing
A secret vault that can be accessed by going down water in the farm
A super special awesome (the abridged series, anyone?) island with secret cave underneath
