IRC bug (/me command)

I found a bug/glitch:

When u type (as a non-member) /me something u get the error that u cannot use this command

Typing the /me command:

Then, in ICR, i can clearly see this:

probably something wrong with permissions

if it still works then its not a problem

I think it works because it is an irc command, and that's why it works
and why other commands don't work is because of /warp doing nothing in irc, so irc just ignores it

The bug is that the bot is picking up the text after the /me at all. /me is not available to builders in the game chat, but is available to anyone using IRC.

- And by that I mean, anyone *IN* IRC, from IRC, only with their IRC client, because that's part of the IRC RFC.
