I don't appear to be voiced on the IRC channel. I actually might still be banned from way back when but either way I can't talk on it ATM.
 
You need to be voiced by an admin whenever they're on IRC, just like everyone else does.
 
Well...I used to be voiced...did they reset it? CptCarnage is on right now...I'll just ask him.
