I don't seem to get any caps at all when I vote on all five vote links...and I still get the vote spam after trying to vote. If it's broken, can we turn the spam off please?
 
Doesn't seem to be broken. All links just worked in my test.

Working for me too as of this posting. As alien said, make sure to enter your username, the vote will still go through without it and without notifying you about the missing name.
 
Okay, it's working now...my name stayed the same but this time around the image testing popped up that didn't in the first three attempts. Must have been one of the internets that Al Gore invented or something...pssh....
