Here's the story:
It's dark outside. Four people want to cross a narrow bridge that can only be crossed with two at the same time. There are holes in the bridge, but they would not be able to see them, because it is nighttime. Those four people have a lantern though. There are four persons:
The first one is a very young and fast gentleman. Alone, he cross the bridge in one minute.
The second one is a little girl, young, so still energetic, but she gets scared pretty easily by the holes in the bridge, so it takes her two minutes to cross the bridge.
The third is an elder lady. She isn't very fast anymore, but can still cross the gap in five minutes.
Finally the fourth is a guy, but his right leg is broken. He does have crutches, so he can walk around. He can get past the bridge in ten minutes.
If two people go together, they have to cross it in however many minutes the slowest one crosses it.
Find a way to make those four people cross the bridge as fast as possible.
