Hey, this is a quick suggestion but I'm not actually sure whether its a configurable option within vbulletin. Anyway, is there anyway to uncheck the Retrieve remote file and reference locally box by default when you choose to upload an image from a URL? I'm not 100% on what the option actually does but when checked it always seems to throw up an Invalid URL message box when I try and use an external image link.

Anyway like I said this is a seriously minor inconvenience so its no problem at all if there's no way of editing that option

Thanks. That would be cool. It's planned to be developed into vbulletin, and this fix won't work for the latest version. I'll look out for it.

Can't edit myself, the code has changed in that file since 4.0.4. It's not worth hacking around for anyway so we'll wait for an update.
