the command "/kit tools" will now give you stone tools.
the reason behind this is because of enchantment.
and stone is the only tool items that dont allow you to break ores.
you need to work your way up to that option.
now in build you get the stone tools and once you get a dimond or a gold tool you will see that it regenerates.
and in war you dont get regeneration or any tools.
this is to make the worlds fair and more true to the minecraft game.
but if you need some help I'm sure there are alot of users out there that have tools they can share with you.
or you know find some ores and make your own.
