Kit tools

I think the kit tools and kit support both need a timer put on them. There have been several douche-bags wandering the outlands with a full inventory of /kit tools and support, just so it fills up the other person's inventory, making the pvp not entertaining and more of a hassle than anything. I could mention names, but that is not the point of this thread. Even something like a 5 minute delay would be helpful, but I think a 15-30 minute delay would be much more appropriate.

the timer is configurable on default in the plugin, so it can be done in 1 minute

Yeah seems like a good idea, especially as people seem to be taking advantage of the command just to annoy other players by filling their inventory with tools

I've upped the delay to 5 minutes. It may not take effect until the next reload.
