Maybe a caps for votes system.

This server isn't getting enough votes on mcstatus so maybe we could have a button on the site that you click and takes you to the vote captcha for the server. When the script detects that the votes count for our server has increased by one the player who is currently logged in gets 10 caps for voting. This might have some problems i dont know about but Its a suggestion that would not be hard to write in php/javascript.
 
The hook would have to be after the captcha to be relevant, and that's not possible.
For something like this to be considered, it would have to be a plugin built against bukkit.
