Nah... Canada is just as bad. If you think the meat patties in a greasy burger are better for you than fries and gravy with cheese you are mistaken lol.

There is a place in the south of Scotland (Edinburgh/Dundee/St Andrews the exact location escapes me) that makes a burger with 3 beetroots, around 500 g of steak, 2 onions and lots more that I can't remember from the brochure and you get a T-shirt an award and a framed picture on their wall of fame if you finish it
