Hey all, I finally got a new computer and I'm just waiting on the Internet now but in the meantime I'm having an issue with my audio in game. I downloaded the latest 1.1 update and it's windows 7 64bit os. There are few sounds such as legs breaking and rain but none for digging or combat and walking. I think it may have to do with java or something in the .minecraft itself. Any ideas would be great. Thanks.
 
For the walking sounds, could you list all the files you have in the .minecraft\resources\sound\step\ folder? There should be 16 .ogg format files (these are the ones which are responsible for the footstep sounds)
 
Well i don't know why the first failed but a fresh download fixed it. thanks
