Greetings!

I have made a little video. Its a recording of me modeling a barn (MLP related). This is the first video I've ever made and uploaded (that isn't music related), and hope someone will take a look at it. I am always trying to improve my movie editing skills as well :P (so,if you got suggestions for improvements or general feedback, I would appreciate it)

Oh yeah, the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HR7LU7Z0b00

Look great akimo,
What is the program you're using in the video?
Is this something that will be built in real life?

Really nice work Akimoto, the apple family would be proud!

Very nice work man. Glad to see someone else picking up on 3D Studio Max. I was in the process of learning this program back when Metacreation's "Infini-D" was discontinued. Those were the days when spline modeling was dying a slow death and polygons and nurbs were becoming the new thing. :D You learning the program on your own or taking classes for it?

(Got a few examples of stuff I did in 3DSM / Infini-D in the early days here, here and here. Keep pushing yourself to learn 3D, it's a ton of fun!)

Learning it on my own. Although I have just recently begun with Computer Science, so it is possible I will "learn" some there too... :P

Nice. I know people who have dropped major money into 3D classes, but it's far more practical so just do it on your own. I learn more when I go at my own pace. ;)

BTW, I'd highly recommend a website called lynda.com if you like learning on your own. They've got thousands of hours of video courses on any program you could imagine, especially 3DSM and Photoshop. One of the most valuable monthly subscriptions I ever made.
