Very interesting plugin and works like a charm.
Obviously messages can be assigned to mod+ or something like that.

Looks buggy but thats my fault; '- (haltpiston) allows piston to extend/retract when set to false - Buggy' (i set to false to test)

Automatically breaks the sand and displays a message with the coordinates of the dupe, could be very useful.
Nice find there chdsbd!

They could still be used to grief; I think static also wanted that to be addressed before pistons are enabled.

i have tested this plugin not too long ago but it it was buggy and like michael said they can be used to grief anf we are waiting on a solution for that

We'll fully reconsider pistons with the next update depending on our ability to control the nastiness. As these guys have already mentioned, duping is only half of the issue. The last time I read, there was no interface for the piston API that would allow logging plugins to undo changes made by pistons, so someone with time on their hands and a real bad case of 'hooligany' could cause some considerable damage.

As God said, LET THERE BE PISTONS.

I honestly think you guys overreact to the dangers of piston duping when there is little to no effect from the dupable items.

And really, cant you guys check if a guy is placing pistons in an unreasonable manner?

Shared the problem comes from the fact that 1 it lags the hell out of the server and 2 those items could be sold to the shop for unfair monetary game.

The caps portion is easily mitigated by devaluing the sold items (sand/gravel) but the lag they cause is the main issue we are concerned with.
