ok, i was thinking seeing alot of videos on youtube of rapture iw as thinkinga bout launching a full scale construction of the city

for those who dont know

Rapture is taken from bioshock and is a underwater city basically,
think of it as the spawn location, but under water, in a giant dome glass so we are underwater.

this would involve...
digging down to rock bottom of the map in the ocean
have alot of glass to cover around the city
flooding of cave systems
and about 3 months of work
