Well my question is why wasnt tex affected when he yelled allison. She is an ai her self as well as having delta. She should have been affected as well

We all know that Tex is an AI too, and that she is based on someone the Director loved.
That's why he yelled Allison, he didn't want to "lose" her again.
The reason the other AI screamed like that probably has something to do with the fact that they're fragments of Alpha, who was based on the Director.

As for the sarcophagus thing, I have no idea wtf is in it.
