I cannot get any work done in real life when i have the damn icon on my desktop. I am going to abstain from minecraft for a full month and also wont be on the forums. This game has destroyed my productivity. See you later.
 
Way to be responsible. Oddly enough I don't have that much trouble controlling the urge to play, despite actually having THREE Minecraft icons on my desktop (2 of them are different versions of Magic Launcher).
 
So put the icon in the start menu or task bar :P Have fun living! Catchu later

Of course, the sensible option is to buy a brand new computer and only have Minecraft on one.
