Server Issues - RESOLVED

I've had one hell of a day. Nothing is going right for even the simplest tasks.

I've lost the connection now. I'll be on the phone with peer1 shortly it doesn't come back up.

I'm back on but I think it will kick me again. I had to uninstall WAS services and I have a feeling it could be getting in the way of the remote connection.

First, I want to thank everyone for your patience. You guys are the best, seriously.

All services are back up and running. We lost two weeks worth of bigbrother data and it won't have any affect on the server or players.

So, what happened? I'm trying to get player stats. In an attempt to fix fastcgi running on IIS7, PHP and MYSQL hit the dust and web services had to be rebuilt. Static and I were able to recover almost 100% of the data with minimal downtime.
