Statue building contest in Arid
Arid statue building contest!
What: Contest to build the best simple statue.
Where: In Arid by the Region Hall, n1w25.
Who: The contest is open to any and ALL MCA members.
When: Contest starts today and will run for two weeks, followed by a week of voting.
Why: So Arid has lots of cool statues, and to win a starting Prize of 2500 caps! updated
Entering the contest:
Reply here stating that you wish to enter. I will then add you to the contest building zone N1, W25. Once you have been added, you need to go in game to pick your desired plot (they are marked with leaves) and mark it with your name on a sign.
Rules:
1) size: The plots are marked at 16x16 and you may build no higher than y=100, and you may not dig down.
2) materials: You may only use TWO materials for your statue! If you want to build the statue on some sort of pedestal, the pedestal must be of ONE material, different from the statue.
3) You may only build in your plot. The logs will be checked and any other building in the contest building zone N1, W25, will result in a disqualification.
Clarification rule: The TWO materials for the statue includes any lighting used. If you do not want to use a light source as one of your materials, you may reuse the four torches that came with your plot.

note: planks, plank stairs, and plank half steps count as one material, etc.
