After several devastatingly long hours of conjuring up a legitimate formulae for this, i got this answer


Formula: Bx = cos(φ2).cos(Δλ)
By = cos(φ2).sin(Δλ)
φm = atan2( sin(φ1) + sin(φ2), √((cos(φ1)+Bx)² + By²) )
λm = λ1 + atan2(By, cos(φ1)+Bz
= 38. 25 seconds

I think the real logic puzzle here is why someone with the expertise to make a flying canoe would then add square wheels?

The real question here... is what the heck is a skill teating question? That sounds like it has something to do with milking cows, and yet I do not see any mention of them in this question.

No, wait! Chocolate ice cream... dairy... Ha! Got it. The answer is a brown-spotted cow in a Parlour factory, to the power of (459 ÷ 12) which happens to be 38.25. So yeah... DCL got the number right, but he forgot the dairy parameters.
