Skins for advertising

I saw this project on the minecraft forums where you go on a designated server and you build you skin. I saw it a while ago but I didn't check it out until today. When I went on there, one of the things I saw was a group of player statues, about 5 in a row, all holding a banner that advertises their server. Perhaps we could do the same thing? We could pick a few people to go and build their skins, then make a banner or some signs that say minecraft addicts. The rules do say no advertising, but as I walk through the area you can tell that none of the building rules are enforced.

"You Are Minecraft" seems like a cool project, but I don't know how busy that server is...

I went on their site, and at the time, their server was full, and it was pretty big too, more than our server can hold.

Statues are so easy to make. Just need lots of wool. Just give me the ip and they'll be on here in no time flat.

I went on and built my skin. Not a bad idea, actually. Too bad the server is so laggy

Definitely a cool project. Such a shame its just a lag fest.
