About 500 blocks from spawn, there should be a little hidden area with a chest that has replenishing diamonds. Make it hard to find.
 
naa people would abuse that and staff i dont think would wanna give out stuff like that and always have to check it
 
interesting idea. but like comm said very hard to manage.
