We have been getting a lot of new users everyday on the server and i have this idea where we have trusted members of the server attend to new users of the server and introduce them to the most basic rules and regulations.

No matter what we have done in the past we've always have gotten people who keep asking the same questions about the server and believe if we had actual people assisting new members then their likelihood of staying on the server would increase and the amount of mistakes performed by them would decrease, perhaps lightening the pressure the moderators been having lately.

This is merely a suggestion. Any thoughts or opinions on it?
 
I've been helping random new people out for ages now.
They always seem to end up claiming land in Tundra too... :P
 
Heh ok good idea. Another really does come to mind that I've been playing with. Most of the mods have the new users discover things on there own as far as I can tell. Stress levels aren't as high as they may seem. Its more excitement and lots of waiting for the phases of a larger plan.

I like the idea. I may expand on it more today. See what I can come up with
 
Exactly.. well maybe not tours... maybe a mentorship program? Ill have to think of the details on it but I could see that working out maybe?
