k, posting my recent problems with Comcast wherever I can think of, so if this was supposed to go in the spam section or whatever, feel free to move it.

You guys know how I complain about my beloved "Comcrap" right? Well, they've sunk to a NEW low. How, you may ask? Well, this wall of text should explain my war with this poor excuse for a company.

This all started back at the beginning of June. My grandmother moved out, and had her service cut off. Since school had been let out, I hadn't checked my email in a few weeks. A couple of weeks after she's moved, I try to access my email. Says my password won't work. I freak out, assuming I've been hacked. So I call up Comcast, trying to figure out what's going on. Boy, I wish I HAD been hacked at this point! They tell me that for some odd reason, MY email was under my grandmother's account, even though my parents had been paying for the email for several years. I assume the reason these...people were confused on who owned the account was the fact that the email had my grandparent's last name it in. ( I don't remember why it was their name, doesn't really matter) So in my first phone call with them, I am connected to somehow that does not have a great grasp on the English language, like usual. I eventually get fed up and ask for a transfer to an American or something. She talks over. I try again, she talks over me. I try a third time: "Hang up and call back!" Really, ma'am? (Keep in mind, every last one of these phone operators I talked to were almost impossible to understand, so that lead to a few headaches) Eventually I come to find out that the "primary account holder" of my grandmother's account must approve of the email being transferred over my account. And who is the primary account holder? My grandfather, who has been dead for 5 years. We go into a local office, they give my grandmother "primary account holder-thing." (On the phone they told us we had to show a DEATH CERTIFICATE, turns out we didn't) This was two or three weeks ago. I have called them back at least five or six times since then, fighting with the evil, EVILLL phone operators. Then today I call once again, after being told the transfer process was FINALLY happening. (This call happened yesterday) (They said it'd take two days at the most) they had no idea this happened. "Oh I take good notes sir"-Every phone operator. So they tell us that my grandmother had unpaid bills, and I couldn't get the email back until she paid the bills. (No idea she owed this until now, they're great at conveying this stuff!) They expected US to pay it, when it wasn't even our account! (THERE IS NO LOGIC) Then, THEN, they offered us a BETTER RATE! ARE YOU SERIOUS?! You screw us out of something we're paying for, and is rightfully ours and you want us to pay you, and continue to keep your terrible service?! Are you serious, bro?

Thanks for reading my wall of text. Like I said, posting this everywhere I can think of, trying to spread the news, or something of the sort. In summary: Comcast are the kings of logic. Have a nice day, folks.

I got a good laugh, thanks DCL

You're welcome.

I've experienced bad internet service before, I think everyone has to be honest. But when it comes to Comcast, it sounds like I could shat out a better internet service.
