Ok no that's not the question the question is how did I become stone miner?, I used to be whatever the first rank is when you join then, became I think wooden hatchet or whatever, then some other thing, then stone hatchet now I'm stone miner. (If you don't know what I'm talking about, I'm talking about the ranks under your name)
 
Im not a 100% sure but I once heard that it was involvement on the forums that upgraded it. For example 0 posts = wooden shovel and 1000 posts=Diamond Axe but I can't confirm that.
