The Island of Misfit Items! Need Misfit Items BAD!!!!

I have started a project called the island of misfit items. Pretty much Im gonna make a huge mansion castle thing that will be covered head to toe in item frames filled with "misfit" items.

So far the brainstormed items are: Dead Bush, mushroom builders, lapis, flint, feathers, leaves, flowers?,rottenflesh, clay, lilypad, bowls, eggs, grass, spider eyes, snowsheets, snowballs, inksacs.

If you have any of these (preferably in bulk but I wont complain if you dont) and could donate some of this "junk" mail/msg me in game and Ill come pick them up

So far I have bought 1000 leather (accident) so Im now going all in!!!!!!

Send me any "misfit" items you got that are listed and reply if you think anything should be changed/added to this list!

not sure how good ur computer is or if mojang has fixed the way item frames are loaded but if not good luck with that. last i seen item frames create tons of lag.. i got like 100give or take in my item sorter and alot of people complain of low frame rates there.

Never heard of that.....Ill try it out but if it causes lag (test it first oc) I will have to rethink this xD

Item frames kill my frames, so it could be a problem if you or others (like me) have a lower end computer. But I will gladly give you some stuff next time I'm on, this sounds like an interesting build!

Just an update I wont be using AS MANY item frames but any of the materials still work that I stated above. However items you can place is more helpful!

uh leaf hate to burst your bubble here but item frames aren't really the best way of doing this. They cant be protected and once placed anyone can break them off the wall and take the items.

Maybe glass around the item frames? Would that help?

My plan is to make the inside like a museum type thing so it would be all blocked off and so people couldn't reach the frames....That and If I put any outside they would be out of peoples reach. I didn't know that though so THX XD This is gonna be more work then I thought

Just remember that some people can /fly! Imo they won't be the people who will break the frames though.

its not just /fly u have to worry about... snowballs can break item frames too.. best advice is dont put anything in them u cant afford to lose..
